Terms of Service

By using Tododo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tododo is an AI-powered task management service available through its mobile and web apps and supported integrations, including email, Telegram, voice, and optional Google Calendar synchronization. Features may change over time.

• You must be 16 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes

• The Free tier is provided at no charge subject to usage limits
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are at our discretion, except where required by law

You may not use Tododo to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Violate any applicable law

Tododo uses AI models to process your messages and generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-suggested actions before relying on them.

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from Settings → Integrations; Tododo will attempt to remove the calendar it created and revoke its access.

Your use of Tododo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how optional integrations access and use your data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tododo’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Austria.
